Ingredients And Contents

Fresh cream sponge in your choice of strawberry, lemon, vanilla or chocolate, finished in pink, blue, yellow or purple. Contains: gluten, dairy, eggs, seeds, nuts, soya (chocolate flavour). Not suitable for vegetarians.

Handling And Storage

Storage: Refrigerate immediately at 2–5°C in the box provided. Shelf life: Best within 48 hours of collection; consume within 3 days. Serving: Rest at room temperature for 20–30 minutes so the ganache and crumb soften. Transport: Carry flat and level. Avoid direct sunlight and a hot car — cream and ganache soften above 22°C. Please note: This cake is freshly made without added preservatives, so it is best eaten early. Do not refreeze once thawed.
