Shipments and returns

Delivery Timing:

We do same-day delivery from Monday – Saturday if the orders are placed before 4 pm excluding Sunday.

All delivery will be scheduled between 5 PM – 10 PM. However, express delivery option is available upon customer request for an additional charge of AED 100. If you choose express delivery your order will be delivered within 4 hours from the time you placed your order until midnight. If you wish to have your order delivered before the scheduled time or if you have any queries pertaining the deliveries feel free to send us a message from chat window or please place your request via email info@mysticflowers.ae

Delivery Costs:

We offer free delivery for all orders above AED 250. If your order is below 250 AED it will be subject to a 40 AED delivery charge.
